The 33 HP M4.35 Marine Diesel Engine is a quiet and highly fuel-efficient boat engine. This reliable and rugged 4-cylinder engine offers a high power and torque ratio. With new features, modern appearance and added benefits, this engine is designed to meet future market demand. All M-Line Diesel Engines are HVO approved and can be operated using more sustainable fuels. Simple to install - and easy to maintain, with all service items grouped on one side. The M4.35 ships with an attractive, waterproof key-switch panel (4m extendable hard-wired loom) with warning lights for low oil pressure, high water and exhaust temperature.

The 33 HP M4.35 Marine Diesel Engine is crafted for elegance and designed for performance. Developed entirely in-house, our engine is compact, fuel-efficient and powerful. Consequently, our marine diesel engine rivals the best in the market. Over the years, innovations and additions have led to major improvements. Due to its water cooled top cover a lot of radiant heat from the engine is absorbed and dispelled without affecting the engine room. This absorption results in the room temperature staying lower by 15-20°C (reduction of 20%!) when compared to other engines of similar sizes.
Additionally to reduce the noise created by the running engine a casted aluminum top cover was implanted onto the body directly, along with a state of the art air filter, that reduces the engine noise by 5dB(A). When operating at speeds roughly around 2200 RPM the engine runs “nearsilent” ensuring a more pleasant boating experience for you and your crew. It is also worth mentioning that the cover is designed as a step, which makes it easier to move around the engine.
Our 33 HP M4.35 Marine Diesel Engine is equipped with a high output marine alternator as standard. As a result, the batteries recharge very fast. This engine also meets all SOLAS requirements.The M-Line engines are also approved to run on Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO). This lower-carbon fuel is a more sustainable alternative to diesel and contains low sulfur and aromatics. The use of renewable fuels substantially decreases exhaust emissions by up to 90% in CO2, CO, HC, NOx, and PM.This engine also has a Saildrive compatible version.
