Elegant LED touchscreen electronic control head for extended control functionality. The 6652, known as the Krronos control head, is a modern, sophisticated control that features a 3.5" (8.9cm) LCD touch screen for input and selection of functions, including station select & lock, throttle override, engine sync, simulated RPM and direction indicators and alarms. The 6652 is the centrepiece of the Mighty Mariner system, but is not available as part of the 6525 system, and is not water tight.
The 6505 is Kobelt's most popular control, with a solid bronze and stainless steel construction and rugged feel. The 6505 is IP56 rated, and is capable of being used in multiple control head configurations as part of a Mighty Mariner system or a 6525 system. The control head integrates the clutch and throttle control into one lever. The Kobelt 6505 also features a membrane keypad to permit operator control of station transfer, throttleoverride, engine synchronization and more. The 6508 is an illuminated version of the many Kobelt control heads. It is made entirely in bronze and stainless steel but is not considered to be a water tight unit. The 6508 is an illuminated control head, constructed from bronze and stainless steel but for interior use only. The 6508 typically comes mounted on a 4 switch base, allowing for similar functionality as the 6509. The 6508 can be equipped with two potentiometers per handle, allowing for redundancy.

The 6508 is an illuminated control head, constructed from bronze and stainless steel but for interior use only. The 6508 typically comes mounted on a 4 switch base, allowing for similar functionality as the 6509. The 6508 can be equipped with two potentiometers per handle, allowing for redundancy.
The 6508 control head can be equipped with two potentiometers per handle. This will give redundancy in the electronic control system. The microprocessor will read the two potentiometers at all times and if it considers one of them defective, it will read the one that is intact only. The membrane key pad has four standard switches and provides:

Overriding Throttle
Engine Synchronization
Trolling valve options are also available in place of either one of the above four switches. The membrane has back lit lenses that indicate which function is working.

This output is used by Kobelt’s Mighty Mariner or 6525 controller to control engine throttle, clutch engagement or propellor pitch. The handle also has three detent positions; one at neutral plus another two to correspond with clutch activation points in both ahead and astern. The unit is equipped with a keypad to control Station Select, Station Lock,Throttle Override and Engine Synchronizer functions.
